- Analytics dashboards and reporting
- Contact management from social interactions
- Integration with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Google Reviews
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use SocialPulse. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account with third parties without authorization
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated bulk replies that violate platform policies
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

5. Third-Party Platform Integration

By connecting your social media accounts to SocialPulse, you authorize us to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf, in accordance with the permissions you grant during the OAuth authorization process.
5.2 Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SocialPulse complies with the terms of service of each connected social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Google). We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that may affect Service functionality.
6. AI-Powered Features
6.1 Sentiment Analysis
Our AI-powered sentiment analysis provides automated classification of comments and messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may not always be correct. You should review AI outputs before taking action based on them.
6.2 Auto-Reply
AI-generated reply suggestions are provided as recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any automated replies sent through your connected accounts. SocialPulse is not liable for the content of replies you choose to send.
7. Subscription and Payments
7.1 Plans and Billing
SocialPulse offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
7.2 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
7.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Intellectual Property

SocialPulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SocialPulse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Content

9. Data and Privacy

- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis or suggestions
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security
- Actions taken by third-party platforms that affect Service functionality
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialPulse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
