You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SocialPulse complies with the terms of service of each connected social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Google). We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that may affect Service functionality.

6.1 Sentiment Analysis

Our AI-powered sentiment analysis provides automated classification of comments and messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may not always be correct. You should review AI outputs before taking action based on them.

6.2 Auto-Reply

AI-generated reply suggestions are provided as recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any automated replies sent through your connected accounts. SocialPulse is not liable for the content of replies you choose to send.

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 Plans and Billing

SocialPulse offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

7.2 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
