Sign up for free with your email address. No credit card required. Once registered, you can set up your company profile and invite team members.
Connect Your Platforms
Go to Connected Pages and link your Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Google Reviews accounts. Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize access.
Sync Your Data
Once connected, SocialPulse automatically syncs posts and comments from your social media pages. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime from the dashboard.

Unified Inbox
The Unified Inbox is your central hub for all social media comments. Here's how to use it:
- Filter by platform — Use the platform tabs (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to view comments from specific networks.
- Filter by sentiment — Quickly isolate positive, negative, neutral, lead, or inquiry comments using the sentiment filter.
- Search comments — Use the search bar to find specific comments by text, commenter name, or keywords.
- Reply directly — Click on any comment to open it and reply directly from SocialPulse without leaving the platform.
- Flag & prioritize — Mark important comments for follow-up or flag them for team attention.
AI Sentiment Analysis
SocialPulse uses advanced AI to automatically classify every comment into one of five categories:
- Positive — Praise, compliments, satisfaction
- Negative — Complaints, dissatisfaction, criticism
- Neutral — General or informational comments
- Business Lead — Purchase intent, pricing inquiries, interest in services
- Inquiry — Questions, requests for information
Each classification includes a confidence score. The AI also extracts trending keywords using TF-IDF analysis to help you understand recurring themes.
Smart Auto-Reply
Set up intelligent automated responses that match your brand voice:
- Enable auto-reply — Go to the Auto-Reply section and toggle it on for specific platforms or pages.
- Customize templates — Create custom reply templates for different sentiment categories.
- Review queue — Check the auto-reply queue to review, approve, or edit AI-generated replies before they're posted.
- Set rules — Define rules based on keywords, sentiment, or platform to trigger specific responses.
Analytics Dashboard

- Sentiment trends — View how sentiment changes over time with interactive charts.

SocialPulse automatically builds a contact database from your social interactions:
- Auto-extraction — Commenter profiles are automatically captured with available contact details.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
Can I connect multiple pages from the same platform?
Yes! You can connect as many pages as you manage from any platform. Each page is synced independently.
How often are comments synced?
Comments are synced automatically based on your sync settings. You can configure the sync interval or trigger a manual sync anytime from Connected Pages.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. SocialPulse uses encrypted API keys, CSRF protection, secure session handling, CSP headers, HTTPS enforcement, and strict referrer policies to protect your data.
Can I invite team members?
Yes. Admins can invite team members and assign roles with specific permissions for different modules like inbox, analytics, auto-reply, and contacts.
